Accessing Your Images and Reports
In addition to reports being sent to your referring healthcare provider, you can access your reports online. You can do so through the my health care patient portal (reports) or via PocketHealth (images and reports). It is recommended to review your imaging reports with your referring healthcare provider. Please see the tabs below for more information.
Please note we no longer provide imaging on CDs.

my health care is a secure online portal that gives you access to your health records from four partner hospitals: CGMH, GBGH (Midland), Headwaters (Orangeville), and RVH (Barrie). You are able to view upcoming appointments, pre-register and update your personal information, see your visit history, review results and physician reports.

Access your medical imaging and reports easily with PocketHealth!
CGMH patients can now view, store, and share their medical imaging records and reports online with PocketHealth. Access your records securely from any device, anytime.
There is no charge for delivering images electronically to your healthcare provider or specialist. Receiving physicians can view or import images in full diagnostic quality without any extra software. PocketHealth also offers free options for patients who want to download a digital copy for personal records.
How to access your records for free:
- Must be performed on a desktop or laptop (not a Chromebook) to download the imaging.
- Visit www.pockethealth.com/CGMH to sign up and request your records.
- You’ll receive an email with a secure link once your records are ready.
- Download and share your records instantly.
