Stephen is an experienced executive and board director whose career spans healthcare, technology, and professional services. He is the former President and CEO of LifeWorks, where he led significant growth, organizational transformation, and advancements in corporate governance in a multi-billion-dollar public company.

He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in human resources, talent management, and general management, with expertise in organizational performance, employee engagement, and mental health solutions. Stephen has extensive public and private company board experience and currently serves on boards with a focus on technology and artificial intelligence.
