Jenn Rae

Jenn joined CGMH as the Director, Communications and Community Engagement in 2024.

Jenn is a respected community champion with an extensive track record advancing corporate and community objectives in municipal government and healthcare philanthropy sectors. She is a skilled communicator with experience driving high-profile projects, catalyzing stakeholders, and pioneering innovative programs.

Jenn brings valuable strategic communications and community engagement experience from the Town of Collingwood, Town of Innisfil, Innisfil Community Foundation, North York General Foundation and Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation.

Jenn holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brock University and is an award-winning communicator with Gold and Platinum MarCom honours.
