Janet Chant

Janet Chant joined CGMH as Director, Finance and Performance in 2026.

Janet brings extensive experience in healthcare and corporate leadership. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Casey House in Toronto, where she advanced organizational strategy, led major system transitions, and supported the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. She is known for her values-driven leadership and commitment to centring staff and patient experiences in decision-making.

Prior to her work in healthcare, Janet held progressive leadership roles at Rogers Communications. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, is a Chartered Professional Accountant, and has completed executive education in risk management at Harvard Business School.
