Dawne Barbieri

Dawne joined Collingwood General and Marine Hospital (CGMH) as Interim Vice President, Patient Services and Chief Nursing Executive in 2026.

She brings more than 40 years of healthcare leadership experience, having held executive roles across community and academic healthcare organizations in Ontario. Dawne has extensive expertise in quality improvement, professional practice, clinical transformation, accreditation, and health system collaboration.

An experienced Accreditation Canada surveyor for more than 20 years, she is committed to fostering excellence in patient care, supporting high-performing teams, and advancing quality and safety across the organization.
