Cleo Noxon joined the CGMH Board of Directors in 2018 and is Chair of the People and Compensation Committee and a member of the Resource and Audit Committee.

Prior to retirement, Cleo held leadership roles in various healthcare and privately owned companies, including being CFO of Canada's largest home care service provider and CEO of Canada's largest ophthalmology practice. Previously, Cleo served on the board of the YWCA of Peterborough.

Cleo is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto.

Cleo resides in the Town of Collingwood.
