Aymé joined Collingwood General and Marine Hospital as Director, Patient Services and Clinical Planning in 2026.

With more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, she brings expertise in clinical operations, quality improvement, change management, and hospital development planning. Aymé provides leadership across several patient care and operational portfolios while helping advance clinical planning for Tomorrow's Hospital and other strategic priorities.

She is passionate about improving access to care, supporting high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
