RSV Outbreak Declared Over On Medical Unit

In collaboration with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) the RSV outbreak that was declared on Collingwood General & Marine Hospital’s Medical unit on May 14, 2026, has now been declared over. 

Regular visiting has resumed.

CGMH greatly appreciates the community's cooperation and understanding during this timeframe.

Patient Portal Update

Beginning May 27, 2026, patients and caregivers will notice a refreshed look and improved navigation within the my health care patient portal.

The update was designed to make commonly used features easier to access and improve the overall user experience.

Enhancements include:
• Combined reports and results views
• Easier switching between patient accounts
• Improved navigation and clearer clickable links
• Easier access to appointment information
