Kathleen De Pellegrin

Kathleen joined Collingwood General and Marine Hospital (CGMH) as Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer in 2023.

Kathleen brings extensive experience in financial governance, strategic planning, and digital health transformation. Prior to joining CGMH, Kathleen served as Director of Finance and Health Informatics at Headwaters Health Care Centre, where she provided strategic oversight of financial management, data systems, and health system integration initiatives.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Healthcare Leadership Certificate from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. She was recognized with the Emerging Leader Award by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario in 2023 for her contributions to the profession and the broader health sector.
