Carrie joined CGMH as the Director, Patient Services in 2023.

Carrie is an innovative leader with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She brings experience in strategic planning and has a strong passion for delivering quality patient care and patient safety. Carrie was previously the Manager of Patient Services at Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance (LWHA). Prior to working for LWHA, Carrie was the Manager of Patient Services at St. Mary's Regional Cardiac Centre in Kitchener.

Throughout her career, Carrie has held progressive leadership positions within large hospitals, medium-sized hospitals and small rural hospitals.

As a Registered Nurse, Carrie holds a Nursing Diploma from Fanshawe College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Ryerson University and a Master of Science in Nursing degree with an emphasis on Leadership in Healthcare from Grand Canyon University in Arizona.
