Pharmacy

The Pharmacy Department at CGMH ensures safe and effective medication management for our inpatients. Our team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians works closely with the healthcare team to support patient care.

The pharmacy department provides the following services: drug distribution, drug information, patient medication profile monitoring, drug use evaluation, parenteral nutrition, IV batching and adverse drug reaction monitoring, along with antibiotic stewardship, DVT prophylaxis program and medication reconciliation.
