Entertainment Systems

All beds on the Medical and Surgical floors at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital are equipped with a Patient Entertainment System, which offers patients a variety of services for entertainment and communication purposes, such as TV, Radio, Internet, Games and audiobooks.

Patient Educational content and Hospital Information is also available on the system.

Services Include:

• Television Service: Includes channels from the US and Canada networks.
• Telephone Service: Includes unlimited local calling - Long Distance calls will be offered however calling cards are available in the Gift Shop

How to Purchase Services

1. Press the Rent Me button on the bedside terminal and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. Go to www.hospitalitynetwork.ca and follow the instructions.
3. Dial 1-866-223-3686 to speak to a Call Centre Agent (Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 11 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.)

Payment includes: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Visa Debit

Rates: Daily $10, weekly $35 and monthly $60 for TV purchase. Radio, Internet, Games and Audiobooks are free of charge.
