Meetings - The Board of Trustees meet on the fourth Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm in the Conference Room of the G&M Hospital (lower level). Please call Jennifer Stevens at 705-444-8601 ext. 8303 to confirm and to receive an agenda.

Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting for the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Corporation will be held in June 2011 (date to be determined). Members of the public are most welcome to attend, however only members of the Hospital Corporation are eligible to vote. Memberships can be purchased for $10, however they must be purchased from the Hospital's cashier forty five days prior to the AGM in order for members to be eligible to vote at the meeting. At the meeting, members of the Hospital Corporation will vote on any changes to the Hospital's by-laws, review audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2009/10 and elect members to the Board of Trustees.
